Participants are responsible for reserving their own room at the Renaissance. Please contact Marriott reservations at 1-800-468-3571 and request the National Propane Gas Association group rate. The hotel is offering participants a group rate of $275 single/double occupancy, plus tax. The NPGA room block will be available until Monday May 2, 2016 or until the room block is sold out.
|Schedule of Events (Preliminary)
The program includes breakfast on Tuesday. The schedule allows time for meals on your own following the official programming, and Washington is home to some of the nation's best dining experiences. There are also options available on the hotel property and within walking distance. There are cafeterias located in several of the House and Senate office buildings
Business attire is requested.
Please bring government issued photo identification for your visits to Capitol Hill. Participants will be expected to pass through security check points similar to those at airports. Please refrain from bringing any items that would be prohibited by airport security.

Requests to cancel or substitute registrations must be made in writing. Substitutions of registrants may be made at no charge. Participants will receive a refund for cancellations received by May 2, 2016. All refunds will be issued via check. Participants will not receive a refund for cancellations received after May 2, 2016. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
